1. Information We Collect
We collect only necessary information required for recruitment and employment verification: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Contact Info, Academic Qualifications, and Work Experience.
2. Data Minimisation & Zero Raw NIN Storage (Section 30)
PERFECT RESULT HR CONSULT LIMITED enforces strict data minimisation. We do NOT store your raw National Identification Number (NIN) or your secret authentication PINs. We store only the verification status, verification reference, timestamp, and approved biographical attributes.
3. Who May Access Your Information
Your credentials and CV are made available solely to verified employers whose positions you have applied for, and authorized HR administrators handling screening.
